ai consulting
clear decisions. not slide-deck graveyards.

Advice from people who can also build. From opportunity analysis to tech-stack guidance to EU AI Act readiness - compact, hands-on, with concrete deliverables at the end. No 80-page PDFs.

01 / problem
why smbs need clarity now

ai everywhere, focus nowhere.

Three realities you live with every day in the 2026 AI market - and a fourth where we run against them.

120+

AI tools vendors will try to sell you in any given quarter. Each promising a supposed 10× ROI.

90 %

of internal AI POCs land in the graveyard without an adoption plan. Pilot runs, rollout never happens.

80 pages

typical consulting roadmap. About 3 pages actually actionable, the rest decorative.

our clarity

What pays back, what doesn't, in what order. Concrete, short, hands-on.

02 / leverage
why hands-on consulting

advisors who also build.

Classic consultancies hand you a strategy - and then pass the baton to an implementation partner who starts from zero. Three quarters of the insight from the workshops gets lost in the handover.

We advise with the knowledge of what we've built ourselves. If the engagement turns into a build job, we run it directly on request - no knowledge reset.

  • experience, not guesses

Recommendations are grounded in actual implementation experience - not best-practice decks.

  • fast, not epic

Quick Scan in 1–2 weeks, Deep Assessment in 3–4. No six-month consulting projects.

  • output, not prose

Concrete deliverables: concept doc, roadmap with KPIs, use-case backlog. No 80-page PDFs.

Doesn't mean we skip slides - means the slides can sit in a drawer after the meeting, because the concept doc and the roadmap are the actual deliverables.

05 / diagnostic
how we evaluate

three axes. no vendor spin.

We evaluate AI initiatives along three axes - in exactly this order:

  1. 01data situation - do you even have the data, at what quality, at what granularity? No clean data, no AI value.
  2. 02adoption realism - who uses it daily, how convinced is the workforce, what's the cost of switching from the status quo?
  3. 03compliance & risk - industry obligations, DPA requirements, EU AI Act classification, sensitive data classes.

What doesn't feed into the evaluation: which platform we prefer, what's trending on LinkedIn, which vendor we happen to like, who put on the slickest demo.

what we don't do

Soft consulting without a clear recommendation. We say what we think - even if the answer is: don't do anything yet. Or: in this constellation it's not worth it.

what you actually get

Concept document with an evaluation matrix per use case, a prioritised roadmap and concrete next steps. No slide-deck graveyard.

06 / process

from intro call to recommendation.

0130 min, free

intro call

Understand the situation, recommend a fitting format. No commitment, no pitch deck.

you get

Format recommendation (Quick Scan / Deep Assessment / Retainer) with a rough effort range.

021–4 weeks

quick scan or deep assessment

Focused diagnosis along the three evaluation axes. Workshops with the people who'll actually use it.

04ongoing

optional: ongoing support

Sparring, vendor-selection reviews, architecture reviews, hands-on mentoring for internal AI teams.

you get

Slack/Teams channel, monthly reviews, ad-hoc sparring.

If the engagement turns into a build job, we run it ourselves on request - no second onboarding, no knowledge-transfer break. If you'd rather build with another partner or internally, we hand over cleanly.

07 / investment
what it costs

fixed price. per format.

We work on fixed prices per format - Quick Scan, Deep Assessment, sparring retainer. No T&M timesheets, no scope creep.

What you get from us typically lands at a fraction of what classic consultancies charge for comparable scope - because we don't need to pay four to six consultants out of every billable hour.

quick scan

1–2 weeks

Focused format on one concrete question (e.g. "is a voice agent worth it in our service?", "which platform for our Company-GPT?").

Range after intro call
typical

deep assessment

next step

let's talk about ai consulting.

30 minutes, no pitch deck. We listen to your situation and recommend a fitting format - Quick Scan, Deep Assessment or something else. If none of them fits, we'll say so.
